About Us
Journey Sports Inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing access to outdoor recreational activities for underserved communities. Through partnerships with local businesses and organizations, we offer opportunities for individuals to participate in sports such as rock climbing, kayaking, and hiking, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth. Our mission is to empower individuals to explore the great outdoors, develop lifelong skills, and foster a sense of community through the power of sports.
Our programs not only focus on physical activities but also incorporate educational elements to make learning enjoyable and engaging for participants.
In addition to outdoor sports, we provide opportunities for participants to learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts through hands-on activities and workshops.
Participants engage in activities that require critical thinking and problem-solving, fostering the development of valuable skills that can be applied both in sports and everyday life.
Our programs encourage creativity and innovation by providing a space for participants to explore new ideas, experiment with different approaches, and develop their unique talents.
